Brandon Taylor Fry

We are so excited to introduce our newest addition, Brandon Taylor Fry!! Born August 12, 2010 at 4:00pm. Weighing 8lbs 6oz and 21 1/2 inches long. After a long couple of weeks of waiting and worrying, my doctor decided that a c-section would be best for Brandon. The night before, I woke up several times in the night with strong contractions and by the time we checked into the hospital at 11:30am I was having them every 5 min. or so. Our scheduled c-sec time was 1:30 but my doctor was in delivering another baby until 3:30 so it was a long wait and I was clearly in labor. He was going to be born sometime in next 24hrs, c-section or not. I was cut open and out came a beautiful, healthy baby boy. Prayers were answered, God is Good!! He did not weigh as much as the ultrasound showed but he is long. Although his head measures big, it does not appear to be any bigger than my other boys. He is a healthy baby boy and CAT came back perfect. God is Good. Everyone is adjusting to our new addition. But it is an adjustment period! The c-section left me useless except to feed the baby so it has been a team effort with lots of emotional ups and downs. James seems to be doing the best with the changes, he loves having everyone around and loves the baby! I could not ask for anything better, I feel sooo blessed. God is Good!!

Halloween 2009

We had a great Halloween. James was a monkey, Devin was an alien and Davis was a skeleton. We spent the day at the Utep game and then we went up to my brother Aaron's house for a party and trick or treating. It was a lot of fun. We had dinner, went out trick or treating and then back to the party so the kids hit a huge pumpkin pinata! Jim had a homecoming dance that night so we headed home so he could get to work. It was a good thing because the kids were exhausted!!!!

Davis with the pumpkin pinata which was as big as him!

Devin with his best friend Mitchell.

Davis insisted on painting his face and hair white.

James was cute as can be!!!!! He was a perfect monkey!

We went to the Utep vs UAB game on Halloween day! We lost the game but it kept the boys busy during the day!!

Devin Rampage Football

Devin played tackel football for 8 and 9 year olds in an El Paso city league. He had a great time and loved every minute of it!! His practice/game schedule was very demanding and a huge committment for our whole family. He practiced 3-4 times a week and played games on Wed. or Sat. He did not miss a practice or game all season! He played all different positions on defense and played tight end on offense. He was third string quaterback and got a little practice time. He improved a lot as the season progressed. It was an interesting but fun experience for all of us!
